First tried these grips on rows and they're mad! The grip has this rounded edge panel that lets you false grip it nicer, so I feel it less in my forearm/hands and more in my actual back muscles when pulling through. As a strength coach, they really help after destroying my forearms & hands doing heavy deadlifts. The rubber feels really good and helps me keep training.
